Most Sydney roofs fail at the joins — under the ridge capping, along a rusted valley, at a flashing that was sealed instead of fitted. We find that point of failure and rebuild it, rather than smear sealant over the nearest wet patch.
Water coming through a ceiling gets worse quickly, and the entry point is rarely directly above the stain. We trace the actual path the water is taking, make the roof safe, then carry out the permanent repair.

The original gutter had rusted through at the joins and lost its fall, so water spilled behind the fascia every time it rained.
