Working around a household

Residential work happens where people live. We agree on access, parking and start times up front, keep the site tidy at the end of each day, and sweep for nails and offcuts before we leave. If the work is noisy or dusty in the roof space, we tell you which days will be worst.

Planning work in stages

Not every roof needs everything at once. Where budget matters, we will sequence the work: stop the water first, then address the items that will cause damage next, then the cosmetic work. You get a written scope showing what falls into each stage.
